Happy Read an eBook Day!

Today, September 18th, was Read an eBook Day!  Actually, in my house that's every day, but today is when the whole nation celebrates it.

I've been an avid reader all of my life, and for the last almost 20 years I've read mostly ebooks.  I love the convenience, the fact that I carry my entire library with me wherever I go, the fact that most ebooks allow you to change things like font and size to suit your needs.  I have a post about Read an eBook Day up on my writer blog too if you want to read more about why I love ebooks so much.

Probably about the only thing I love more than ebooks is FREE ebooks.  If you love free ebooks too, you can download the PDFs of some American Girl ebooks for free.  Gabriela's, Melody's, Addy's, and Marie Grace and Cecile's books are all available in PDF ebook format for free.

If you want more ebooks for free, be sure to also check out your local library's digital book collection, as I've found other American Girl ebooks offered there.
